The information below sets out how orders and customer requests are handled.

Checkout is processed in USD. We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.

Payment authorisation may occur when an order is placed. Orders can be delayed or declined if the issuer rejects the transaction or if fraud checks require review. We do not ask customers to send full card details by email or telephone.
